On booking a treatment with Amber Aesthetics, you must discuss any medical conditions, pregnancy or if you are breast feeding with your specialist and at the time of your booking. If you have any uncertainty you must seek medical advice from your doctor. Certain conditions will mean that you cannot have certain treatments. For example during pregnancy only specific pregnancy massage can be performed and not any other massages.

Booking Notes 

Please before booking online agree date and time with therapist over the phone or massage.

The non-refundable Consultation fee £20 covers the cost of travel and time and is deducted from the cost of the treatment if you decide to proceed.

Amber Aesthetics require a £40 minimum spend per visit within London & up to the M25. The minimum spend is still required to be met when using any discount codes from any of our partnerships or Third party companies we may be working with.

If you live within the Congestion zone we do require this fee to be paid in addition to your treatment value. Congestion charge rate is currently £11.50 and is active within the hours of 07:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday.

Using Loyalty card Complimentary treatments – we do require for these to be used with a full paying Treatment which reaches our minimum spend requirement of £40.

The best way if you are not sure where to start with treatments is to book Consultation.

A consultation is necessary before Plasma Elite and Micro Needling treatments as a patch test (for numbing cream) has to be carried out 24 hours beforehand. The treatment procedure and treatment fee will be explained during the consultation and payment will be taken if the price is agreed.

Payment Policy

The treatment fee will be taken at the time when the booking is made.

Cancellation policy
Please telephone or email for cancellations at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to give 24 hours’ notice of cancellation will lead to the loss of 50% of thetreatment fee.

Age policy
We are sorry but we do not treat clients under age of 18

Refund policy
No refund is available if the treatment has been carried out. There will be a refund of the treatment fee if notice of cancellation is received at least 24hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Treatment disclaimer
Our clients’ results vary according to their biological make up, environmental surroundings and a number of other factors which influence how our treatments take effect. We do achieve significant results in many cases. However we cannot predetermine the outcome and therefore cannot guarantee results from any of our treatments.
